Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Estimates

• U.S. Domestic: 3–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or damage during transit.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Lost Packages

Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 14 days of expected delivery.
