Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refund Processing

Chargeback Protection

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback without first contacting us constitutes breach of these Terms and may result in collection efforts and legal action
